Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment and avoid no shows, A deposit is required to reserve the appointment. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations will be charged the full prices of services requested.

Skin Testing for Your Safety
For the well-being of all our clients, a patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours before your first coloring or chemical service. Your stylist may also conduct additional tests during future visits, especially when new products are introduced or product lines change.
If you experience any sensitivity after your patch test, please inform us immediately. In the event of a severe reaction, we recommend contacting your doctor for further advice.
Professional Technical Service Records
For health and safety reasons, we do not share these professional notes with other salons.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for all appointments, and 72 hours' notice for CocoChoco Smoothing Service appointments.
Hair Extensions
We provide extension removal, coloring, and glossing services exclusively for clients whose extensions were applied at Vanessas Hair Glow. We cannot take responsibility for extensions applied by other salons or of other brands.
